Prices, taxes and payments

The prices shown in the store are expressed in euros and include the applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. At checkout, Stripe calculates taxes based on the address you provide.

Pitxuflitos may correct obvious errors in price or availability before definitively accepting an order, notifying the buyer.

Shipping and collection

The online store is oriented towards shipments within Spain. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated based on zip code and product type.

In certain cases a distance rate may be offered for equipment that requires specific delivery, installation or coordination.

Returns and withdrawal

To manage changes, returns or incidents, write to info@pitxuflitos.com indicating the order number and the affected product.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from a consumer purchase of a stock product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us by email before the period expires.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised, or to products which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed, in accordance with consumer protection law. Made-to-measure footwear and orthoses fall within this category. The 14-day period does not cover orders of several units of the same stock product — for example, several GripAble units — or volume or professional purchases.

The statutory guarantees for lack of conformity apply in accordance with current legislation.

Intellectual property

The contents, brands and logos belong to their owners. Reproduction without authorization is not permitted.
