We start from what you want to solve.
Dynamic standing with mobility.
Stand with support, but also with intention.
A solution to accompany posture, loading and movement when the body needs structured help.
How it helps
We break it down into three ideas: what it addresses, how it fits into the routine and how to make a sound decision.
Dynamic standing with mobility.
We see what your capabilities are and what you need to reach your full potential.
It allows you to stand and move actively, without staying in a fixed position.

How to use
We support you at every step so that NF Walker can be integrated safely into the routine.
We look at head and trunk control, hips, feet and tolerance to use.
We configure support, angles and accessories for the target posture.
We introduce the equipment into the routine with a measurable progression.
We readjust as the body changes and new goals appear.
Sizes
Three sizes are available depending on height and weight, thanks to the two versions. The NF Walker 2 goes up to 140 cm and 40 kg; the NF Walker XR5 is available for users from 130 to 180 cm and up to 80 kg.

It allows you to stand and move actively, without staying in a fixed position.
Supports weight-bearing and alignment through straps, leg guides and the exoskeleton.
Encourages correct body alignment and strengthening of the antigravity muscles, with the aim of improving head and trunk control.
Makes it possible to work on therapeutic goals such as strengthening the antigravity muscles, actively stretching the posterior chain and increasing passive range of motion.
Contributes to increased bone density and stimulates circulation, respiratory function, bowel transit and urinary function.
It allows you to participate standing for more moments of the day, even in activities that occur 24 hours a day, with your gaze, smile and interaction at the same level as other people.
Hands-free while standing and moving, facilitating social interaction, participation, autonomy and communication with others at the same level.
Hips adjustable in abduction (0 to 8º per side) to encourage the formation of the acetabular condyle.
Adjustment of external or internal rotation of the legs, through fixed positions or free rotation of 10º, to accommodate femoral torsions.
Knee joints with extension assistance (also available to assist flexion) and hyperextension kit to inhibit crouch gait or genu recurvatum.
Exoskeleton and pulley system that accompany the user and facilitate a normalized walking pattern.
Wide range of accessories (headrest, neck support, hand positioners, table, steering wheel, seat, crane strap system) to customize the fit and accompany growth.
Next step
We help you confirm goals, day-to-day use and conditions before you decide.
for whom
The NF Walker is designed to allow the person to stand while still being able to move hands-free at home and at school. Its adjustments (hips, knees, spine) and its wide range of accessories allow it to be adapted to each case and accompany growth or changes in need, with periodic reviews to maintain a physiologically correct posture.
When there is no acquired gait, the NF Walker converts uncontrolled movements into a reciprocal and functional pattern. The equipment guides movement safely and in alignment, allowing the body to experience dynamic standing that would not otherwise be possible. With repetition and consistency, this stimulus helps to strengthen the muscles, improve alignment and promote homeostasis.
When there is gait but it is unsafe, asymmetrical or with compensations, the NF Walker helps to work the correct pattern with support and safety. Guided movement allows you to repeat the proper sequence with correct alignment, reducing the risk of retractions, deformities or falls and gaining confidence in each session.

Still have questions? Write to usThe NF Walker not only keeps the person standing: it is a stabilizing and reciprocating device with a walking orthosis that allows dynamic aligned standing, thanks to the exoskeleton and the pulley system that facilitate a normalized walking pattern.
Through its system of straps, bitutors, exoskeleton and pulleys, the NF Walker accompanies posture and movement so that the person can experience a more normalized walking sequence, with support and safety.
There are two versions with three sizes depending on height and weight. The NF Walker 2 reaches up to 140 cm and 40 kg (sizes XS: 70-110 cm, up to 30 kg; and S: 100-140 cm, up to 40 kg), and the NF Walker
Yes. Each device adapts individually; the same device does not work for two different people. It has adjustable hips in abduction (0-8º per side), internal or external rotation adjustment of the legs, assisted knee joints, hyperextension kit, height-adjustable column and a wide range of accessories (headrest, neck support, hand positioners, table, steering wheel, seat).
Yes. It is necessary to carry out periodic reviews to modify the exoskeleton and the stabilizing and reciprocating system according to the growth or changes of the user, so that they always maintain a physiologically correct posture.
Yes. A free trial can be considered at the Bilbao clinic or at home/clinic with travel costs. Afterwards we decide whether it makes sense to rent or buy, depending on the equipment and the case.
