Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer you can return what you bought on this website within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. Here is how to do it, what happens next, and the form, if you prefer to use it.
The period
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw. The period starts on the day you, or someone you designate, receives the order. If the order arrives in several deliveries, it starts with the last one.
It is enough that you notify us of your decision before the period expires. The product does not need to have been sent back yet.
How to withdraw
Write to us at info@pitxuflitos.com with your order number and tell us you are withdrawing. You can also call us on 688 787 263 or send it by post to Calle Mar Mediterráneo, s/n, 48015 Bilbao, Bizkaia, España.
Any unambiguous statement is valid. You can use the form below, but it is not compulsory.
We will confirm in writing that we have received your notice, so the date is on record.
Refund
We will refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving your notice.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used, through Stripe, at no cost to you. We may wait until we have received the product, or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one, we refund the standard amount: the extra cost of that method is not refunded.
Returning the product
Send it to us, or hand it in at the clinic, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from notifying us of your withdrawal. The address is Calle Mar Mediterráneo, s/n, 48015 Bilbao, Bizkaia, España.
The direct cost of returning the goods is yours, unless the reason is that the product arrived faulty, damaged or was not the one you ordered: in those cases we bear it and arrange collection.
You may try the footwear on as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss of value if you have used it beyond that; returning it with its box and labels helps us verify this.
What is excluded
What is sold in this shop — orthopaedic footwear and GripAble — is NOT excluded from the right of withdrawal. Although the footwear is made to order, it is chosen from sizes, widths, fastenings and colours already published in the catalogue, so it is not a product made to individual specifications.
Products made from measurements taken from a specific person, such as an orthosis or footwear made on a cast, would be excluded under consumer law. Those products are not sold through this website: they are agreed in consultation and contracted separately.
The right of withdrawal belongs to those who buy as consumers. Purchases made by professionals or businesses in the course of their activity are governed by what was agreed and by commercial law.

If the product is not as it should be
Withdrawal is independent of the guarantee. If the product arrives faulty or ceases to conform, you have a three-year legal guarantee from delivery, and that right does not expire after 14 days.
